I’m Anne. Originally from Austria, I now live in London where I share a flat with my husband Ben, our cat Popsicle, and an ever growing assortment of cacti. Before I became a wedding photographer I worked as a scientist and was hell-bent on saving the world from tiny evil things. Then, seven years ago, I took a long look at my life and my future and decided that it was time to change direction. Cue big leap of faith and here I am, almost a decade later, photographing weddings (and other pretty things) for a living and loving every minute of it.

I specialise in a mix of fine art and photojournalistic wedding photography, which means that I stay mostly in the background and document your wedding day as it unfolds without interfering (aka bossing you around ;)). My promise to you? I won’t ask for cheesy smiles or awkward poses, because for me a wedding is all about genuine joy, love and happiness… and I want to give you a bunch of awesome photos that show exactly that. Over the years I’ve fine-tuned the craft of capturing genuine moments that tell a story in every little detail and with all the big emotions. And the best bit? You won’t even notice I was there when it all happened.

While I take a mostly observational approach to documenting your wedding day, I also love to spend some time with just the two of you away from the wedding crowd to create some stunning couple photos that truly capture your personalities and your love for each other.

I’m based in London but shoot weddings, elopements and engagements all over the country and internationally. I love to travel and explore new places, so no matter where you are planning to have your wedding or elopement get in touch. I’d be delighted to hear your story.
